About Us
Our founder, Mel Atwood, coined the term H.I.C.K during an address to independent travel agents during an international
conference in January of 2005. His topic? "Putting
Relationships Back Into Marketing." During the course of his
presentation he outlined 4 key elements to keep in mind when
developing ones business, during marketing, and when working with
clients. These keys are in our name!
