About Our Founder
Mel Atwood, Chairman
Mel started developing online businesses in 1995.
Since that time his mantra and the now mantra of his company has been,
"Making The Net Simple." Starting out, Mel first created a
directory of over 2000 places for online advertising. An all in
one stop for online marketing. He developed a portal of sorts that
offered individuals a place to connect with Internet Experts who would
do research on any topic.Over time his focused shifted to the Work at Home
industry. He became very successful developing organizations in
the MLM world and created tools and resources that are now common place
in the online Marketing World. His aim has always been to create
tools and offer resources that empower the average person, through simplicity.
In 1997 "Your Solutions" was born. In 1999 YourSolutions.net took REAL
shape and started offering the world some of the most simple, yet powerful
tools and resources that have been taken to the networking community.
In 2003, YourSolutions.net a sole proprietorship until that time, become
YourSolutions.net, LLC.
An interesting soap box and one of Mel's most
personally valued ideas is that of
Granny Marketing, the idea
that opportunities should provide simple instructions and simple
interfaces for every member of the business. Through simplicity
you achieve duplication. A major key to the success of anyone
trying to be successful.
Mel
coined the term H.I.C.K during an address to independent travel agents during an international
conference in January of 2005. His topic? "Putting
Relationships Back Into Marketing." During the course of his
presentation he outlined 4 key elements to keep in mind when
developing ones business, during marketing, and when working with
clients. These keys are in our name!
